FAQ's about my NEW BOOKING PROCESS

What form of payment do you accept? At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron or Maestro as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and ETransfer

I booked a phone session. Can I use a textapp ph# for privacy? YES! I can call you on ANY Canadian # as long as you answer it! *not all text app #'s receive incoming calls well. If you don't answer after 3 failed attempts your session is void. I can also do audio only calls on Snapchat, Whatsapp or Skype

Can you call me on a # outside of Canada for our session? If you live outside of Canada I WILL CONTACT YOU on Whatsapp, Snapchat or Skype for an audio call there. Please enter the ph# connected to your account or account i.d. on the booking form.

Can we start as soon as I pay? As soon as your payment is made you'll receive a receipt of payment to your e-mail from Above Norms. Miss S is then personally notified of your booking and will confirm receipt of payment. Miss S will go through your booking form details and contact you at the number/email you provided with any questions regarding your booking details. Once you reply we can confirm the start time. We can certainly start right away or at the next available time. All bookings are scheduled in order of receipt.

What should I do while I wait for your booking confirmation text/e-mail? Depending on what you booked you can download the necessary app (Whatsapp, Snapchat or Skype) while you wait. Send a greeting on WhatsApp, Skype or SnapChat once your session is confirmed to avoid delay.

Is there anything I should do to make sure our session goes well? Make sure you're somewhere private, comfortable and that your device is properly charged and ready to connect! It says to enter the name I want to be called on the booking form. Can I can put a pet name or nickname I like? YES, the name(s) you enter will be how you are addressed in our session. It does NOT need to be your real name or full legal name simply what you prefer to be called.

I'm worried this might be a scam because I haven't talked to anyone! Above Norms is licensed and registered through the city of Vancouver, BC. This new booking process was incorporated due to the high number of prank callers, fake bookers and time wasters contacting me when I personally answered my calls and texts in the past.
